January 31st, 2012

Hello everyone,

Since the start of 2012 we have been promoting healthy eating with the aid of our tips and lunch recommendations.

However the end of the month is fast approaching and everyone is beginning to forget their new year resolution’s.

We need to ‘keep motivated’ and this can be done by sticking to a healthy lifestyle and promoting responsible eating. With the aid of our friends at Movement 3 studio we can bring you the latest articles and clear up any myths you have about healthy eating or working out.
The first month is always easy when stopping anything; it is the month afterwards when temptation becomes a factor.

I began buying jars of her 8 years ago now we buy 20 kilo boxes, she is still based in surrey now and the jerk seasoning we use is her grandmother’s own recipe which began in the late 1800’s.
