Chop’d was founded in 2004 on a mercy mission to bring real good food into real working lives. Five years later, Chop'd has firmly established itself as the UK's leading gourmet salad bar chain, as well as being one of the category leaders in the wider healthy fast food sector. Chop’d sells up to 20,000 salads per week and has sold over one million salads to date. There are currently six Chop’d stores in London at Leadenhall Market, Canary Wharf, High Holborn, St Pancras, Mayfair and Spitalfield Market. The business has been funded by a mixture of those directly involved with the business, industry experts and customers. The business is run by Eddie Holmes, ex Head Chef of Yo Sushi and Allan Cook, former Operations Manager of Slug & Lettuce.
