Chop'd has sold over 1,000,000 salads to date

six stores and growing

We opened our first store in December 2005 at Leadenhall Market (ok, not the best time of year to launch a new business that specializes in gourmet salads, soups, stews, sushi, wraps and meze).

Chop'd sells up to 20,000 salads per week and has sold over one million salads to date. There are currently six Chop'd stores in London at Leadenhall Market, Canary Wharf, Selfridges, St Pancras, Mayfair and Spitalfields Market.

The business has been funded by a mixture of those directly involved with the business, industry experts and customers. The business is run by good friends Eddie Holmes, ex Head Chef of Yo Sushi and Allan Cook, former Operations Manager of PizzaExpress. This hands on duo can be found in the stores cutting shifts with the teams.
